Our story:

Bpi Properties has grown over the last 20 years in providing the rental market with affordable and good quality housing. The Bpi rental portfolio has expanded significantly with over 150 properties to rent. A diversified portfolio has grown providing properties to the residential and commercial sector.

BPI Properties constructed its earlier developments in collaboration with a main contractor through the design and build stages. This has been hugely successful for BPI Properties and its tenants. Through the knowledge gained during this time we felt it was time to broaden our horizons and become the main contractor offering us greater input into the final product. Bpi construction was founded.



New technologies within the construction industry are being developed at a fast pace. It is becoming increasingly evident that the worlds climate is changing requiring companies to adopt a more sustainable and eco-friendly approach to their manufacturing process. These technologies are helping to advance the worlds need for higher energy efficiencies, building performance and a reduction in the carbon footprint. However, many of these technologies are in their infancy and can prove costly to implement. Building on our core values of providing affordable and good quality homes, our aim is to seek out new technologies that can be feasibly integrated into our construction process and the final product. BPI Construction continued to develop properties in a traditional style growing from small plots to large commercial premises at over 20,000sq ft.








In broadening our skill set and improving our construction process, we set about exploring and integrating our first sustainable and highly efficient construction component, SIPs panels. Manufacturing this off site and having a specialised team on site allows for a just-in-time delivery system enabling quick erection of the core structure. Not only are there advantages in the construction process, they offer significant thermal protection leading to a highly efficient building with low running costs for the end user.

At Bpi construction, we aim to seek out and explore new products by working in collaboration with developing and innovative building companies. We welcome any company developing these innovate products and processes to explore their benefits to us and ultimately our clients.
